a) CO-ODINATION AND CROSS CUTTING ISSUES SECTION
• To coordinate and regulate all matters relating to Hajj, either individuals or associations, providing travel and other service to pilgrims.
• To advice, perform and or participate actively in all religious, social and cross - cutting issues in accordance with shariah, rules and good practice.

b) ZAKKAT AND CHARITY SECTION
To coordinate and supervise in matters relating to Zakkat in manner that will ensure:-
i) General public has sufficient knowledge of all matters relating to Zakkat.
ii) A person liable and willing to discharge his /her Zakkat obligation is assisted to access his/her responsibility.
iii) Zakkat fund and property are properly managed and utilized in accordance with established good practice.
iv) Regular reports are made available to the public on collection and expenditure of Zakkat account.
v) Permission are granted to competent entities to collect and distribute Zakkat according to the objectives of shariah.
vi) To supervise and regulate in matters relating to the charitable properties and activities.
